Each participant who completes the class must pass a skills check off as well as a 25 question written exam. Upon successful completion, a Healthcare provider card will be issued. The American Heart Association recommends that each BLS Student have the current 2015 version of the “BLS Providers Manual”. If you do purchase the paperback manual through this registration page, it will not be shipped. Your instructor will have your manual at the beginning of class for you.
If you are not able to make the class that you paid for, you will be able to reschedule for another class on our schedule within 30 days of the original class. We base our instructor scheduling on registration size, therefore, we must have a clear cancellation and refund policy. As of March 21, 2016 all CPR Works Courses come with an AHA e-card that will be emailed to you on the same day of your course. Your employer or school will be able to confirm the completion of this course online at heart. You will also be able to access and print an online certificate including a wallet card through the AHA website and view your card on your mobile device.
Your employer and school will accept an E-Card, you can print a copy of it for your file or save it and upload it to your school or employer.
